I am totally blown away...

A little while ago, there was a fic contest over on What Makes the Desert Beautiful, a Nick/Greg CSI archive I have been posting to. I was nominated for several stories, and I recently found out that I actually got some awards!

*faints*

I'm fairly new to that fandom, so being nominated alone was a real honor. To actually win something... I don't even know what to say. I'm still trying to blink. ^_^

Also -- I feel like a horrid human being for not yet having responded to your email. merry_smutmas has been eating up a lot of my on-line time (as well as some writing *g*). But just so you know, another writer and I are working on a longish (hopefully) Nick/Greg fic -- and per your request, it will be plotty (case file, whoot!) with one of the boys in danger. And we'll just leave it at that for now -- but I will give you a heads up when we've started or finished or posted. Heh. :)
