Oldie...
The fog here seems to be alive. It is twisting and turning around itself like an endless transparent dragon. Today the fog just rolled down into the place I lived, flowing right over the edge of the drop-off. I love how fog mutes sound and makes me feel like I am the only living breathing thing on this planet. I love the shivers I get when I hear something within the fog, but I have to wait until it reveals itself to my mist-clouded eyes.
Okay. So. Tonight I feel like linking to an older fic I wrote. Sorry guys, not H/D this time. This one's about Lily. One of my first.

Re: Always meant to read this one, never got around to it.
But good job of doing the whole, life flashing before her eyes thing without having it come off as major camp. I mean it might not have worked, but the sort of disjointed style, the jumping around, the sometimes not knowing sure what the hell or where the hell in time you are as a reader, it worked.
This is a very green story. You use green in a lot of different ways. I like that. It's cool. That's about as good as I can express that because it's so freaking late it's early and why isn't my butt in bed yet? No clue. But tomorrow is my day off so, whatever.
So, I'm shoving off now.

Yes, green. Heh. I love the color green. Deep forest green, deep blue-green... Gorgeous. I think perhaps the final curse, as quick as it comes, may not be recognizable enough at the time to scare the victim.
And I forgot to tell you: I love your icon! Spike discoing... *snort*
