We were most excited to discover a WIP we're reading has been updated, so there was much emailing (and texting) back and forth while we read and reacted. ^_^

Actually, it's Carpe Brewski, a completely addictive Charles/Erik AU (X-Men first class). And I'm just... hooked. Plain and simple.

BUT. Well worth a read, even if you weren't looking for it. I wasn't looking for it when Coffee recommended it to me. ^__^

It's a terribly addictive X-men first class AU, Charles/Erik, called Carpe Brewski. I really recommend it. The dialogue ALONE is beyond awesome. ^__^
