I love when you review my work because you are so damn good at conveying what you want to say in the clearest, most beautiful prose imaginable. Describing my work as cutting shards of crystal, spice smells, thick darkness, magical realism... I love it. I am so flattered by it and astounded that you think this. My heart is full to the brim because of you and it's spilling over so I have to struggle to find a way to thank you properly.

I love that you managed, amidst the silences, the misunderstandings, the anger and sighed fury of releases, to give every character a stake, something to lose, as Blaise might have said of Bella (her loyalty and pride in Bella's case). The interaction of Harry, Draco and Blaise, of Blaise and Harry through the prism of Draco and Draco sometimes only sensing the currents washing over him, not necessarily realising that it's a riptide, a tsunami, not merely some choppy waters and at other times sensing with absolute clarity the depths, the precision, the need and raw, wild magic of what is buffeting him and these two men around him.

That right there is the crux of what I was trying to do with this fic. I wanted them all real, and it was so much easier to make Blaise a hateful jealous figure that I am incessantly relieved you saw him this way instead. Terming Draco as a prism through which the light and magic of Harry and Blaise wove and changed... THAT IS PERFECT. I love that interpretation. And that you saw Draco as understanding the danger and wonder he has found himself in at some times and not realizing how deep it goes at others... It all hinges on Draco and you got that exactly.

Thank you, tip. Really, you have made my morning with this. *hugs joyfully*
