Hm...well, there you have it on the ignorance front. Actually, I've been thinking about reading Pratchett, but Curi sent me the order of the first three or four books and I think I've lost it. *sigh*

Yea, verily, I say unto thee, Yon Silmarillion is the best Lot-verse book written. I would think it would work better as an incredibly high budget series on the telly, because the episodes are generally distinct, there are so many of them and the whole book is not necessarily linear in the way the Hobbit or the trilogy are.

I think that fic is done and I don't know how long it took to write, but a long time, one imagines.
