A NEW FANFIC CONTEST HAS COME TO MY ATTENTION. I am sorry I'm so late on this... The deadline for submissions is May 19th... But I really think people should pop over to check this contest out. ANyone can submit a fic, the contest will be judged, not voted upon, and there are several categories to choose from.

I don't think there is a pairing rule either, but you may want to check that more thoroughly on your own.

Yeah, I'm nominating "The Dead Boy," live with it, cry about it. Tell them screw you. But I'm doing it, because there's nothing in the rules that an author can't be nominated for more than one fic. And I just like "The Dead Boy" that much.
