The more I think about possible outcomes of the war the more I think Harry will need long term care for his recovery (unless JKR kills him off). I can't think of enough superlatives to describe this piece of writing so rather than just list as many as I can think of I'll just say that this story has touched something deep inside.

That is... just what I needed. Thank you so much. I agree, anything that happens to Harry is going to come at quite a price, and will require a good deal of healing afterward. It is my personal opinion that she will not kill Harry off, mostly because the story is (for the most part) so deep in his POV that it would require an abrupt change in writing style that she will not want to resort to. I hope she doesn't. Too easy. But likewise, anything suggesting that he will pop up and be perfectly fine afterward is codswallop. Hell, what he's had to deal with thus far is enough to send someone over the edge all by itself.
