I meant the tasting on the tasters' side. :) I'm sure it's a nightmare for bakers! I used to cook, not bake, but I've gone through similar situations (though I'm sure not as many!) - my biggest claim to fame to date is that I made Richard Gere's lunch one day. He came to the restaurant where I was the assistant head chef (it was a tiny place!) and I got to make his lunch. ♥
