Eek, I'm not even a part of fandom, but this appalled me. While some of the funnier discussion helped me procrastinate with my college apps, the meme-that-turned-hateful was very frightening in its extremities. Real life can exist outside of el jay and it's horrible to bash people without actually knowing them. If you don't like them, don't associate with them; no one's forcing you. SRSLY!
