Oh, gods, this is so...realistic, if one can put incredulity aside and accept Mpreg. It's realistic in that I imagine a body not designed to carry a child would naturally suffer terribly for the right to do so.
Draco is so frightened in this too, seemingly unable to accept or bond with his baby out of fear that it may take his beloved away from him. If only he could make Harry understand that... *sighs*
