Hahaha, I have a couple theories myself about where the canon is going. The biggest one is probably that Sirius, while definitely being dead, will not be wholly inaccessible to Harry. This stems from something Luna said at the very end of book five about being able to talk to her deceased mother. And of course I have a couple Draco theories: I am kind of leaning toward the idea that if he changes sides, it will be because Voldemort does something so horrible to his parents that he cannot agree with him anymore. Maybe that it scares him and he decides to distance himself from Voldemort. This is because of something my friend pointed out: even though Draco professes to be dark and dastardly, he's awfully terrified of the things of that world (Forbidden Forest, spiders, etc). Little hints of this throughout. Kind of fun.
My father, probably the most manic of the HP fans in my family, has a lovely theory about Percy turning bad, and Ron being forced to choose, mid-battle, over Hermione and his brother, who threatens her death. I find that one is growing on me the more I think on it.
I also think that Harry will end up alive at the end, but alone. Ron and hermione, of course will get together, but Harry will have no one, or if he does, it will be Luna. But he leans toward the classic hero archetypes, and one of these is that the hero cannot live normally in the world he/she has created (i.e. Frodo).
If he gets together with Ginny, I'm going to puke. ^__^
