OooOh I'm always up for theories on Sirius. As I'm a firm believer that Sirius is dead to Harry. Which means that many other things could come to pass for his future appearances in the last two books, or if you follow gmth's theory that Sirius is really Stubby. Yeah, what Luna was going on about.
On your Draco theory, I like it and it would make sense with him to react that way, as he shows his affection for his parents in such a way that a scenario like that would make sense. And you hit on the head with his no-so-valiant actions when things get scary for him.
Heh, if you father is that kind of manic he may want to read Knight2King (http://knight2king.net) (aka the mother of all theories to some). Basically lizardlaugh and I believe there is evidence in droves that explains why Dumbledore knows so much... it's because he's really Ron Weasely. (I know, I know...) the link has all teh speculation with loads of canon cited as evidence. (This piece of work sucked at our brains for 6 weeks straight last year, and it's in need of lots of updates and answers to some people's major scoffing points.
As for Percy, we've played with the thought that he's playing bad but is really good. But we've yet to see.
About Harry, I'm with you on that, I'm sure he will survive. He's got to, even if he goes away, I say it will be done in a way that makes his 'gone' in the eyes of the wizarding world, but not to those closest to him.
And I had to giggle out loud when I saw your comment about Ginny, coz that's just ew.
