I'm a little worried...

Anyone know anything about a guy named Peter on the web who claims to be a psychic? I am trying to find out more about this guy because Sis found his website and the answers he gives you to questions about yourself are just uncanny. He was able to tell some of her friends exactly what they were wearing and what they were doing and thinking about at that moment. More worrisome is the fact that he was also able to tell my sis and her friend their full names, including middle name. Sis and I have impossible last names, and her friend's last name is no easy thing either. I don't know about Sis' friend, but I am damn sure WE don't have a webcam.

So. Anyone know anything about this guy? I don't want to give out the web address in case this is some sort of elaborate scam. (On a sidenote, this could give conspiracy theorists everywhere a jolt in the side.)

From Sis: dis guy was able to figure out a big secret of mine and what i was thinking of and what i was looking at at any particular time.... he is hecka cool!!! i like it but be careful! love, sis! ♥♥♥

From Ru again: As a disclaimer, I do NOT recommend this site at this point. I don't trust it just yet. I'm just trying to find out more.

ETA: How would I go about determining who hosts this site? Coffee says there's a way to do this...

My ex is a computer guy. He knows ways to find out all kinds of info on people. There is ways to pull up info about you from your computer by going to a website. Even if you think you have all this safe guarding on your computer. People can hack into your computer and read anything that has ever been written. I think this guy found a way into your computer and that's how he got your info. Just be really really careful.

They can get your name from that, but how would you figure out what someone's wearing? Or thinking?

I've used this website on other people before....what happens is that the person typing types a comma then the answer to the question, which appears on the screen as "Peter, will you answer the following question" or w/e....then you type the question in the question spot, and the answer that you already wrote pops up.

So, wait, I don't get it... I am answering my own questions? Because we haven't given out any info before... How does it work? I lost you. ^__^

If this is the website I'm thinking of, then someone else is typing the questions.....

Okeedokee, Sis figured it out before I could try what you suggested. *laughs* She's so smart... Thank you so much for you help! It's a load off my mind, definitely.

Figured it out. It's kind of like a cyber-magic trick. Pretty clever, actually, but I didn't like being scared like that...

That is SO SCARY. As it turns out, the site I was talking about is a hoax, and there's a way for one person to trick the other by typing the answers in themselves. So there's no psychic. But what you said still creeps me out so much. We all need to be very careful online...
