There's an interesting fandom for it...Kind of...The smallest fandom ever. Think Godric/Millicent small.
I never saw the 1990 movie, but I LOVE the one released in...the fifties? It was in black and white, and it was lovely! The violence is a bit hilarious, though. I stayed after with my senior English teacher in high school to watch it with her, and I can guarantee that I was the only person to have ever, ever done that. She loved me ever since.
I'll stick it in my memories. It's abandoned, but it's around 11K of Jack/Ralph in the future (ten years after the escape from the island, so no squick!). I may pick it up at some point in the future.
