The pain here is so tangible... You don't know who to feel sorry for more. This fic really haunts me.
That is perhaps the nicest and most involved thing I've ever heard about it. Most people were just frightened of me. I can't say that I worked on this. It just popped into my head in the car and I came home and wrote it down, but I felt it more than any of my other fics. I'm glad that you felt it, too.
