October showers bring... Aprillilies!
Recs! My rec choice tonight is... APRILLILY. It's Celebrate April Day!

silver_ariel (formerly Aprillily) is another of my pre-lj acquaintances, and yet another reason for getting an lj of my own. I remember being so happy because of how friendly she was when we first chatted, and that little character trait hasn't changed a bit. Aside from having some very amusing stories about chasing Parisian bag ladies down the street to get her purse back, April also writes marvelous fic. So. On to said fic.

First up, Blood of the Lion, 10 chapters
H/D, R/Hr, rating varies by chapter: PG-13 to NC-17
Voldemort's ire turns Draco into a monster. But it may be a blessing in disguise... This is an Aprillily long-fic, annnnnd... vamp!fic! Yay! I like this fic for several reasons, but the greatest is the lovely interaction between Harry and Draco as Draco tries to deal with his new existence. I have not yet finished this one, but I'm almost done, and *squee* April is apparently planning a sequel!

Now for April's WIP, the lovely, talented, and marvelous
Bound
H/D, rated PG-13 so far.
Harry and Draco are misbehaving again... so Dumbledore and Snape come up with a rather fiendish way to solve the problem. This fic has me snickering half the time and guh-ing the other half. Never knew Dumbley was a match-maker... *chuckle*
...
And my personal favorite...
Drawing Love
H/D, rated NC-17
Sometimes Draco just likes to draw. Ohhhhh, this fic is gorgeous! I could see every detail as I read, and the picture that Draco draws... Wow. The way she describes the act of Draco drawing is beautiful. Their relationship is so tender... I love this fic. I can't say much more than that.
