Yeah, so I MIGHT be a huge Batman fan. >.>

Just posted pics from my The Dark Knight Rises party on Sunday. On the menu were The Creped Crusader (with Ra's al Ghulberry filling if desired) and these lurvely cupcakes created by me and my sis.

I have a pink Batman shirt :) To me he's the only "real" hero, as he has not "superpowers". Iron man comes in 2nd.

You just stated the reason why Batman is my fave, and why Iron Man comes in a close second: they are both self-made. Not that I have anything against the supers with a little helping hand from genetics, etc. (I knew all the X-Men 'verse stats and relationships as a kid, I was that big a fan), it's just that sheer DRIVE that sets the completely human ones apart for me: their obstacles are so much more insurmountable, and the resulting fire under everything they do is even more impressive, and humbling. ^___^

I probably won't get to see it till the 30th or so? I have wednesday and thursday off and then I think I'm stuck working until the 27th and then I have a wedding on the 28th and then my niece's bday party on the 29th -_- I want to go nooooooooow.

Hahaha, I assume you are talking about the white gel on chocolate cupcake? Yeah, that was meant to be the new little chalk drawing the kid is doing in The Dark Knight Rises, but it didn't turn out as well as it might've...
