Okee, so here is some of what I've been reading lately.

~~Draco writes a letter he may never send. (This is a drabble Fru wrote to accompany this ficlet that I wrote. I LOVE Frulie for this. Omg. She got it. Absolutely. This is my Draco.)

~~Harry finds himself caught and thrown in a dungeon. Now his only hope is to talk his way out. (Don't let the summary fool you: This is a highly original piece of work. Trust me, I have soopersekrit advance knowledge because I beta. ^__^)


All Roads Lead Back Home by shikishi (R/H, H/D, rated R)
~~No matter how many times Ron finds himself walking away, in the end all roads lead back to the start. (Heartbreaking. Ron is wonderful in this.)


Surrender the Grey, ch. 11 by emmagrant01 (other chapters linked in post, H/D, rated NC-17, WIP) (sequel to Left My Heart)
~~Draco Malfoy returns to London after five years of self-imposed exile to start a new life with Harry. But will the secrets of the past destroy everything they've worked for? (The sequel to one of my favorite fics ever is promising to be more than a match for its predecessor. Loving this.)


Life Story, ch. 1 by enne_de_paix (H/D, rated R, WIP)
~~Tea, cigarettes, wine, dancing, sex, cross-dressing, pervert friends, babies, weddings, funerals, paranoia, abusive ex-partners, drugs, appendicitis, letchy old men... All in a day, isn't it? (A GREAT start to something I am very much looking forward to.)


An Obscene Obsession by jitter_bug (H/D, D/others, rated NC-17)
~~Draco is in denial and has an oral fixation. (Yeah, so I actually read this a while ago. But I have been meaning to rec it since then. Draco is beautiful here, very confused and trying so hard not to look like he is that it hurts.)

~~The very last Hogsmeade weekend of sixth year, Harry Potter came back from the village wearing a band of braided leather around his wrist. (Oh GUH.)


Look Twice: One, Two and Three, Four and Five by lovely_slyth (H/D, rated PG-13)
~~Draco Malfoy has made Harry Potter’s life hell for years; when Harry suddenly has the opportunity for justified payback, things become much more complicated than he ever thought they would. He needs to look at the situation—and Malfoy—in a different way. (I love Draco and Pansy's relationship in this one. Actually, Draco is just written so well it makes me very warm and fuzzy. Heart aches.)


A Sea Change, Pt.1 and Pt. 2 by lapin_agile (H/D, rated NC-17)
~~A trip on a ship goes a little awry... to everyone's enjoyment. (I love this. It's not a new fic, and it's another one I have been meaning to rec for a while, but it's wonderfully written. Part one is especially marvelous as a homage to the style of Virginia Woolf.)

First of all, thanks for the recs!!! :D I've been scrounging around for some new fics to read [till the WIPs get updated] and this is the answer to my 'prayers'! :D *jumps*

Though I must admit, I've zoomed in on the one by Shikishi. I always get terribly hurt [bring on the tears!] by a good Harry-Draco-Ron triangle, I don't even understand why I keep reading such angsty fics. AngstAddict indeed. [0__0]

It's coming. I am dealing with work and a stress fracture right now, and soon to be busy with something for a friend, but the writing is going, ever so slowly. Should have something posted within the next week or so.

Bwaha, no prob, babes. I loved your story. It totally helps that I have been wrangled into Ron/Draco fics as well as some Harry/Ron stuff and some threesome fics. So this trio is always a treat to read about.

I have read the "Six Days at the Villa" series numerous times and with every reading I am blown apart by your lyrical writing. Precious and powerful stuff. Wow. Thank you SO MUCH for these kind words. I really REALLY appreciate them, you have no idea. The Six Days verse is a group of fics that are very close to my heart, and I have to thank dacro for helping me continue them (we are actually working on another one right now). But it really makes me happy to know that they make you feel this way. It's such a wonderful compliment to give us and I can't find ways to say thank you enough. *hugs*
