Gahaha, we gave paint-peeling home brews to Hagrid! I see Snape as sitting there sipping his Vodka with a perpetual sneer on his face, perhaps smirking at Harry for drinking that blasted Smirnoff. ^_~

Hmm. I see your point. Sneering, superiority… it says to me that Snape would either be the worst kind of closet wino, or else a true elitist who would ONLY sdrink something he'd distilled himself, possibly by a process that involves the boiled hearts of 'just one or two' Muggle children from some obscure corner of the world…
